County Contractors appointed Curtis to deliver the case good package for their fast track 311 bedroom refurbishment at the Crowne Plaza, Birmingham. As with all live refurbishments, a flexible, professional, prompt approach to delivery and problem solving was required by all and Curtis once again met all of these challenges with an excellent service. The team at Curtis were integral to the magnificent refurbishment of The Queens Hotel in Leeds. All the bedrooms were transformed plus 17 new added, bringing the room total to 232 including a Presidential Suite. Curtis’s designers helped to achieve the art-deco inspired interiors. AKP Scotland have been working with Curtis Furniture for the last 10 months on the refurbishment of the Marriott Glasgow Hotel. We have now completed over 200 rooms of this 300 room hotel. As with any large refurbishment in a trading hotel there have been many difficult challenges. We worked with Curtis on the refurbishment of Hilton Glasgow. The 1st phase provided the challenge of three different room designs and the immovable target of the COP 26 UN Conference.
