Brief: A large-scale refurbishment of 348 rooms at this central Manchester hotel.
Background: Located next to Manchester Piccadilly station, this hotel wanted to update their rooms with light wood and clean lines. The refurbishment was done in phases to ensure that the rooms were offline for the shortest time possible and with minimal disturbance to other areas of the hotel.
