Brief: A refurbishment of 52 guest rooms at this central Leeds hotel

Background: Designers Bell & Swift encapsulated the energy of Leeds in their design for this landmark hotel. Soft organic curves feature throughout the casegood design and bespoke pieces such as the TV unit, headboards and tables were made in the Curtis factory in Leeds.
