To avoid the risks of shipping from outside the UK, we wanted to select a British Manufacturer, and Curtis are one of the few with the capacity to supply bespoke case goods for 1,000 rooms over a 12-month project. Our relationship with Curtis goes back over 20 years. We needed to choose an expert partner we could trust to turn around the room refurbishments in a timely manner and with minimal disruption, as the hotel remained fully operational throughout."
Curtis recently worked with ourselves on a fast paced 274 bedroom refurbishment in the iconic Hilton Park Lane, London. From initial design stage Curtis provided an efficient service, producing drawings in a timely fashion, and nothing was an issue for them…even though this process ate into the Christmas holiday season!
From the delivery of materials, control of quality and the install process, Curtis once again provided an excellent service, leaving minimal defects or issues. They also proved extremely flexible with their approach, thus allowing us to complete the project 2 weeks in advance of the contracted handover which is a great achievement for all involved.

The team at Curtis were integral to the magnificent refurbishment of The Queens Hotel in Leeds. All the bedrooms were transformed plus 17 new added, bringing the room total to 232 including a Presidential Suite. Curtis’s designers helped to achieve the art-deco inspired interiors. Curtis manufactured 312 rooms of high quality, bespoke bedroom furniture for The Tribe hotel. Communication was speedy and consistent, and the furniture received was of high quality and offered excellent value for money.
