Hotel Indigo, Durham
Brief: A refurbishment of 83 bedrooms in a Grade II listed building, built in 1890 originally as council chambers and later owned by Durham University.
Background: Each Hotel Indigo property is designed to reflect the culture, character and history of the surrounding area. The designers drew inspiration for the
bedrooms from three themes - Durham Cathedral, University Collegiate and Scientific Research - with bedroom furniture to match.
