Brief: A large-scale refurbishment of 160 rooms at this central Edinburgh hotel

Background: Curtis worked alongside Street Design and Pacific contractors on this beautiful hotel project. Located across from the Scottish Parliament building, this hotel attracts guests from all over the world. The refurbishment was done in phases to ensure that the rooms were offline for the shortest time possible and with minimal disturbance to other areas of the hotel.
