We're proud to champion the power of learning and growth through apprenticeships at Curtis.

We're dedicated to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for our people to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and build lasting careers in manufacturing. Apprenticeships play a huge role in that journey! 

We currently have 5 Apprentices in our factory, and even though some of them are fresh out of school, they've taken to the working environment incredibly well.

Sam joined us as an Apprentice just over 2 years ago and is already a Team Leader in the Assembly department, working closely with our new Apprentices - a real success story!
