Curtis unveil photos of recently completed Scottish hotels

Leading UK hotel bedroom furniture manufacturer Curtis Furniture has unveiled photos of some of their most recent refurbishment projects focused in Scotland.

Over 2024, Curtis will supply a total of more than 500 rooms in the Scottish cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews. This includes Edinburgh Marriott Hotel Holyrood (160), Mercure Princes St (158), Marriott Eagle Glasgow (303) and 42 rooms at the 5* Seaton House hotel in St Andrews.

The Marriott and Mercure hotels are all refurbishment projects, something which Curtis have seen more of over the last few years. As tourism booms, hotels are competing for guests and they need to ensure their offering meets the expectations of their customers.

The Seaton House project is new hotel situated at the first tee on the famous Old Course golf course. Steeped in golfing history, the unique positioning of this hotel means that the brief for these rooms is very much 5* with luxury and its core.

Curtis sales director Gareth Brett said: “We are delighted to work on these projects and to continue through 2024 with such a strong order book of multiple brands.”
