The niu Loom in Manchester is the first niu brand hotel in the UK. Curtis were selected by a new client for this project as we could demonstrate plenty of experience in bringing brand visions to life accurately and within budget.
Described by owners Novum, the brand concept is native, inspiring and urban.
The niu Loom was named to reflect the heritage of the textile industry in Manchester, with corresponding imagery used in the rooms. There are three room types, all tuned to modern lifestyle: the Townster, Hipster and Tripster. All the room types are inviting and tech savvy to suit the requirements of their (largely millennial) clientele.
Curtis provided a suite of co-ordinating furniture in truffle brown Davos Oak, including headboard with integrated shelves and black textured leather-effect upholstery, TV unit, open wardrobe with mirror panel and round breakfast table.
Despite the brand offering innovative communal working and relaxation areas in the Living Lobby, we’re confident that guests will feel equally tempted to relax in the comfort of their stylish rooms.
